Getting Started
- How do I create an account? — Click Register, fill in your details and verify your email address.
- I forgot my password. — Use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page to reset it.
- How do I update my profile? — Log in and go to your Dashboard, then click on Profile.
Applying for Jobs
- How do I apply for a job? — Browse jobs, open a listing and click "Apply Now". Make sure your profile is complete before applying.
- Can I track my applications? — Yes. Go to Dashboard → My Applications to see all your submissions and their current status.
- How do I save a job for later? — Click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it. Access saved jobs from your Dashboard.
For Employers
- How do I post a job? — Register as an employer, log in and go to your Employer Dashboard → Post a Job.
- How do I manage applications? — In your Employer Dashboard, navigate to Applications to review and update candidate statuses.
Technical Support
- The site is not loading properly. — Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
- I found a bug. — Please use the Report Issue page to let us know.
