What Can You Report?
- Fraudulent job listings — Jobs that appear fake, misleading or request money from applicants
- Inappropriate content — Job descriptions with discriminatory, offensive or illegal language
- Fake profiles — Employer or candidate accounts that appear to be impersonating someone
- Technical bugs — Pages not loading, broken forms, or incorrect data being displayed
- Privacy violations — Unauthorised use or exposure of personal data
- Other concerns — Anything else that does not seem right
How to Report
Please use our Contact page to submit your report. Include as much detail as possible:
- URL of the page or listing you are reporting
- Description of the issue
- Any screenshots or supporting evidence (if available)
- Your contact email so we can follow up
What Happens Next?
Our moderation team will review your report within 2 business days. If the report is validated, we will take appropriate action — which may include removing the listing, suspending the account or escalating to authorities. We will notify you of the outcome where possible.
Anonymous Reports
You may report anonymously. However, providing your contact details helps us follow up if we need more information to investigate effectively.
