4. Job Listings & Applications

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Care on Careers does not guarantee the accuracy of any job listing and is not a party to any employment agreement between employers and candidates.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false, misleading or fraudulent job listings
  • Collecting personal data from other users without consent
  • Automated scraping or harvesting of data from the platform
  • Uploading viruses, malware or harmful code
  • Impersonating another person or organisation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and intellectual property on this platform belong to Care on Careers or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care on Careers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the platform or its users.
